Tara and I lived together my second year of college. Little did I know we would both end up in North Carolina 5 years later! When I heard that she and her husband, Zack, were expecting their first baby, I was overjoyed for them. They are going to be fantastic parents!
We took a walk downtown and were surrounded by awesome buildings, cute shops, and the river. Wilmington is full of history and really unique things. For example, there’s this store that sells musical instruments and jewelry. It’s been around since 1903! Now if that isn’t unique, I don’t know what is. We also stopped by a fudge shop that’s been around a while, too. It’s pretty tough turning down this stuff:

Zack and Tara are so energetic, funny, and full of life! I loved telling them to “act natural.” I got all sorts of fantastic– and unique– results. Eli is going to be one lucky boy, for sure!
